All enrolled members earn at the same rate, regardless of payment method. There is no fee to earn rewards, no minimum SNAP purchase, and no requirement to spend your full benefits here.

That selection uses 220 points and leaves 30 points toward another essential. A value pack of 12 pairs of white Hanes tube socks is 200 points. Rewards selection and funding determine availability at redemption. Delivery assistance is offered through the same member program; available service areas and any points requirement are shown before you choose delivery.
Essentials outreach connects members with hygiene support, household necessities, and help accessing delivery. Members can share what they need through the membership-interest pathway. Assistance is based on needs and available funding, separately from rewards earned through shopping.
Earn 1 point per $1 of qualifying merchandise spend after discounts, excluding tax, delivery charges, fees, gift cards, and purchases paid with reward points. Points are rounded down to whole points per transaction. Returns reverse the points earned on the returned items. Refunded SNAP payments return to the original EBT account; rewards are never a substitute for a SNAP refund.
Points can redeem marked personal care, household, paper, and clothing items. Eligible delivery support is a separate SURVED-funded benefit; SNAP funds never pay delivery fees or nonfood items. Item redemption amounts are 10 times the USD price, rounded to the nearest 10 points. For example, $2.90 is 30 points, $9.99 is 100 points, and $25 is 250 points. Points cannot be sold or transferred and never reduce the value of your SNAP account.
SNAP shoppers receive the same prices, food access, and standard member reward terms as other shoppers. Any additional reward offered exclusively because a purchase is paid with SNAP requires USDA approval before it is offered. SURVED does not request your EBT PIN or full card number in an interest form.
Enrollment, point earning, redemption, and delivery benefits open with program launch. Product listings and examples are shopping guides, not a points balance or a guarantee of inventory. Assistance depends on eligibility, available funding, and service area. No points expire before enrollment terms are provided and accepted.
